Cooling-off and distance selling

Where the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply, you may have the right to cancel certain online purchases within 14 days of receipt. Important: drugs are often exempt or restricted once seals are broken, for patient safety and regulatory reasons.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If we send the wrong product, an item arrives damaged, or a delivery error occurs, contact us straight away with your order number and photographs where helpful. We will put matters right in line with UK consumer law.

Unwanted drugs

For safety and regulatory compliance, we cannot routinely accept returns of drugs that have left our controlled supply chain, especially if packaging has been opened. Unopened lines may be considered only where law and your insurer allow — our team will advise case by case.
